Our Story
Educy Point was born from a simple but powerful observation: many young people graduate from school academically prepared but lacking the confidence, character, and life skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex world.
Founder Nicole Lowe witnessed this gap firsthand while working with youth who, despite their academic achievements, struggled with purpose, self-awareness, and practical decision-making. She envisioned a different kind of educational experience—one that would nurture not just what children know, but who they are becoming.
In 2023, that vision became reality. Educy Point was established to bridge the gap between traditional schooling and real-world readiness, creating programs that celebrate each child's unique potential while building the character and competencies essential for lifelong success.
Today, we're preparing to launch our flagship after-school program while developing a comprehensive suite of services designed to support children, families, and communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Meet Our Founder
Nicole Lowe, Founder & Director
With over 20 years of experience working with children in educational, community, and faith-based settings, Nicole brings both passion and expertise to her role as Educy Point's founder and director. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and has extensive experience in curriculum design, program development, and educational leadership. Her background includes both public and private education settings, where she specialized in creating enrichment programming that addresses the whole child. In addition to her educational background, Nicole serves as Director of Business Development for her family's electrical firm, providing her with strong operational and business acumen. This unique combination of educational expertise and business experience positions her to build sustainable, impactful programming that serves families effectively. Nicole's vision for Educy Point stems from her deep belief that every child has a unique purpose and that education should help children discover and develop that purpose alongside essential life skills. She is committed to creating inclusive, culturally responsive programming that celebrates diversity while building character and competence.
